At Pop Figures, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unwashed clothing items back into their packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and protective liners are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
